ABOUT
Yuchen Li (b. 2000, China) is an artist base in Shenzhen / Shanghai. He received his BFA in Photography from the Communication University of China and completed his MFA at the Slade School of Fine Art, University College London.
His practice spans painting, photography, performance, sculpture, and sound. His earlier works were heavily influenced by philosophy and psychoanalysis, which later shifted towards somatic practices, institutional critique, and active re-engagements with everyday ordinary objects.
